Emily Lessman

Emily Lessman serves as a Physical Scientist at the U.S. EPA’s Region 6 U.S.-Mexico Border Program, where she also serves as the Border NEPA Liaison for the region. Her work focuses on providing technical support and fostering communication with border communities to advance environmental initiatives to address improving air and water quality, waste management and emergency response. Prior to her current role, she supported the NEPA and Children’s Health Programs within EPA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Baylor University.​
