Kim NgoU.S. EPA R6
Kim Ngo serves as the Deputy Director of the Region 6 Air and Radiation Division where she oversees clean air through CAA state implementation plans, air permitting, monitoring, grants, direct implementation on Tribal lands and deepwater port projects. Prior to ARD, Kim served in the Acting Director for the Water Division in 2023, Acting Branch Chief of the Permitting and Water Quality Branch in 2020 and as Drinking Water Section Chief in 2016. Kim holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in Molecular Biophysics from UT Southwestern University.
