Dr. Claudia valles
EL PASO MPODr. Claudia Valles began working for the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization in May 2016. Her role as Transportation Planner includes assessing the impact of transportation projects, modeling traffic flows and emissions, preparing conformity documentation required for the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and management of Rider7 Grant. Dr. Valles earned a PhD. in Environmental science and Engineering and a master and bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
