EUGENIA POSADATEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (TCEQ)Eugenia Posada (Gina) is a native El Pasoan. Has worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)- Border Affairs in the El Paso Office since July 20, 2006, as Research Program Coordinator. In May 2021, graduated from Grand Canyon University and received a Master in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2005, Gina received a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Presently serves as a liaison between the TCEQ and the Environmental Protection Agency regional office in El Paso implementing Border 2025 in the Texas-Chihuahua-New Mexico Regional Workgroup. Represents the TCEQ in binational meetings with various intergovernmental and public/private groups for the purpose of disseminating information and developing agreements. She worked from 2001-2006 at the Center for Border Health Research, where her duties focused on grant management and facilitating funding opportunities for research by local universities in the Paso del Norte Region.
