Gabriel Martín Valdez Juárez, Civil Engineer by profession. Graduated from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, with a master's degree in Urban Development from the University of Durango, Chihuahua campus. He has worked for more than 30 years for the Chihuahua community holding various positions in the Public Administration at different levels of government, in which he stands out having been Technical Director of the Housing Institute of the Government of the State of Chihuahua, Deputy Director of Urban Programming and Director of Urban Development and Ecology in the Municipality of Chihuahua. He was a consultant for the Municipal Planning Institute in the area of mobility, as well as to the State Congress on urban development legislation. He currently serves as Secretary of Urban Development and Ecology of the Government of the State of Chihuahua.
