Mr. Donaldson is Associate Director of Air Programs for the Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 office in Dallas.   He has responsibility for the Region’s air quality grants, monitoring, permitting and planning efforts.  He has a wide variety of experience in air pollution regulation and control.  He has been an air inspector both for EPA and with the Texas Air Control Board.   He has also served in positions in air enforcement and air permitting.   Most of his career has been devoted to working with State and Local representatives to address air quality issues and Clean Air Act requirements.  He grew up in Houston and holds Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University
