Mr. Jason Sarate has been with the City of El Paso’s Environmental Services Department (ESD) since 2011; previously, he was employed with the City’s Department of Public Health as a Food Safety Inspector for almost two years. Jason holds a B.S. degree in Health Promotion from the University of Texas at El Paso and is credentialed as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).  He will be completing his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Permian Basin in the Summer of 2023.
